The Entry Level Labour Skills Certification: Construction Manufacturing is a skills development and certification program that brings unemployed persons into the manufacturing industry with twenty on (21) certifications so they can begin work right away. This is a 3-week (120 hour) program designed to place unemployed persons in construction manufacturing in entry level positions.
The combination of training, skills development and industry recognized certification in this program gives persons entry level positions that produces measurable outcomes, departmental results and sustained employment the workers in the industry.
